I love KORTV, but not as much as I used to. No change in the last couple of years re: added subtitles. Agree with others that for the cost, needs subtitles for more channels. *At least have subtitles for TV CHOSUN, MBN & KHeritage, please. 🙏🙏🙏* Probably necessary for funding on KBS World, but hate US commercials in the middle of Korean programs. The continual buffering on the ETN network is disappointing. I hope it all improves soon. Thank you for working hard to improve.

I can't even get this app to take my card information to sign up for either a free trial or a paid subscription. It kicks me out and another thing this app is not in the Amazon Fire store anymore. I looked everywhere for it and when I click on my old app all I get is a black screen with a banner at the bottom that tells me to get the new app off of Google Play Store and Google Play Store and Amazon are not compatible. I will be happy to give a 5 star rating when these issues are fixed.

DO NOT GET THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. IT IS A FRAUD. I deleted my account thinking if I do that, my subscription will automatically be cancelled but it is not. There is no way for me to log into my account but they are still taking money from my account on a monthly basis. I tried contacting them via the "email" service they have but they do not respond. They do not have a phone number that is in service so there is just no way to contact them. Please save yourself the trouble and do not subscribe.
