If you want efficiency, don't download it now, maybe later when the customer service department is sorted and back end engineers can move things smoothly for you! Depositing and withdrawals are horrible. Its hard to ask for trust from your clients when the app fails all the time. The bot says a customer care person will reach out in an hour but it actually means DAYS! And still they won't sort out the whole issue you have to return back to them only for you to continue waiting.

I downloaded last week and put inside $120 to send to someone. After, I was unable to send, I get errors,l saying I have no balance. There is no customer service. I sent then multiple emails to solve the issue and also in their Facebook page. Zero help, no service. They took my money and lock it in their App and you cannot use it. I doubt it is becoming a scam now. I already want to inform my credit card company to recover my money from them. I do not recommend this App, its premium tears only.

Great app overall....Good UI design, nice functionality....depositing money is seamless but when it comes to withdrawals is where they draw the line...My money's been stuck in the system for over 7 days now...I can't do anything with it... withdrawals don't work, gift cards don't work, sending money doesn't work..... what's the use. Kindly check on making the withdrawal services seamless and you'll attract millions of users....all the negative reviews are about the same thing....fix it ASAP.
