This app should be up for investigation. They are a bunch of thieves. You deposit money but sending or withdrawing is a problem... You try reaching out for support they ignore you yet holding your money. They bringing a lot of frustrations & inconveniences. A great fintech company in the name of defrauding their customers. I do not recommend at all. It's been a month trying to reach them without bearing fruits. You are not going to steal my money. I would rather go to court I have transactions!

If you want efficiency, don't download it now, maybe later when the customer service department is sorted and back end engineers can move things smoothly for you! Depositing and withdrawals are horrible. Its hard to ask for trust from your clients when the app fails all the time. The bot says a customer care person will reach out in an hour but it actually means DAYS! And still they won't sort out the whole issue you have to return back to them only for you to continue waiting.

There should be negative stars, I'd use some on this app. This guy's ain't scams but clear thieves. I did a withdrawal, went on pending then they refunded the money after days to my balance. Tried to withdrawal again, the money was deducted, I never got anything and the transaction never appeared on history. Meaning transaction never happened but they took the money.. Use this app at your own risk. And I fear they know what they are doing, there is nothing like errors.
