DO2ME PRO is an intermediary platform developed for self-employed service providers. The app's main objective is to promote connection and a free market, allowing providers to manage their schedules, increase their workload, acquire new clients, and improve their income.
By setting up their DO2ME PRO account, providers gain access to complete tools to manage their self-employed activity:
- Local Visibility: Professionals can be found by clients within a defined service area (radius in kilometers) defined by themselves, starting from a point of origin or reference.
- Total Control over Services: Providers select the area and categories of services they are technically qualified to perform. They have complete autonomy to set their prices and stipulate the maximum execution time for each task (except for services with a fixed timeframe).
- Practical Schedule Management: It is possible to specify the best days and times of the week to work, including breaks (such as lunch). The app also allows you to add "Personal Appointments" (vacations, medical appointments, or days off) to block the schedule and prevent clients from booking appointments during those periods.
- Direct and Intermediary Payment: The platform works exclusively for connecting and scheduling appointments. Billing and receiving payment for the service are done directly by the professional at the time of service, using their own accepted payment methods (such as cash, PIX, or their own card machine).
- Reputation Building: The professional's work is recognized and valued through ratings and public comments left by clients served. The provider can also build their profile with photos of previous services and certificates.
- Chat Communication: A secure chat is opened between the professional and the client before the trip and remains active for a while after the service is completed to facilitate the alignment of details.
Requirements for Use
To be found and hired by platform clients, the professional must be over 18 years old, be fully capable, and complete the registration with truthful information.
The profile requires a clear photo of the face, residential address and landmark, definition of the service radius, means of transport used, target audience (gender and age range), and available times.
Safety, Reviews, and Complaints
Just as clients rate the service provider, the professional can also rate the client's behavior after each completed service. If the professional suffers any type of harm (whether moral, material, or physical), they can use the application to block the user (preventing new appointments) or file a complaint. Complaints follow strict rules of proof (through photos, screenshots, or police reports, depending on the severity).
For the safety of the community, criminal records may be requested and verified periodically.
Cancellation and Commitment Rules
Both the professional and the client must honor the agreed-upon day, time, and location. Professionals have the right to refuse scheduling requests on the platform, but accumulating unjustified cancellations or refusals (3 occurrences within a 30-day period) results in the temporary suspension of their account, disabling their work hours on the app.
