DO2ME is a mobile app-based intermediary platform (available for Android and iOS) that aims to connect clients with self-employed professionals providing in-home services at the client's address in a practical, agile, and secure way.

The platform operates as a free market environment, giving clients complete autonomy to find the ideal solution for their needs in just a few clicks.

What does the app allow the client to do?

Through the platform, registered users have access to a range of features to facilitate the hiring of services:
- Personalized search: It is possible to search for professionals or areas of expertise that serve the client's address region. The app offers tools to compare estimated execution times and user ratings.

- Recommendations and Favorites: Clients can get recommendations from friends, recommend their trusted service providers, and save their favorite professionals in one place.

- Profile Transparency: Before hiring, the user can view the professional's profile information, images of previous work, distance between them, comments and average ratings, and certifications of completed courses.

- Scheduling and Notifications: It is possible to choose the desired service and schedule the best day and time directly from the provider's available calendar. The system sends reminders so that the client does not miss the appointment.

- Direct Payment to the Professional: At the time of service, the client pays the professional using the payment methods configured by the provider and chosen by the client at the time of scheduling (cash, PIX, or debit and/or credit card).

- Direct Communication: The application provides a secure chat for conversations between the client and the professional, focused on answering questions about the service, coordinating address details, or communicating unforeseen circumstances.

Requirements for Use
To fully utilize DO2ME, the client must be over 18 years of age, be fully capable, possess a compatible smartphone, a valid email address, and complete the registration with real data, including their CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and a mandatory residential address, plus up to three additional addresses for their service.

There is also the option to "Enter as a Guest," which allows viewing limited app functions before completing registration.

Security, Reviews, and Complaints
Security is one of the pillars of the platform. After the service, the client can mark the service as completed, rate the professional, and leave public comments about the experience.

If any problem or damage (material, physical, or moral) occurs, the client can block the professional (removing them from their search results) and even file a complaint through the application.

Complaints are categorized by severity, and some reasons require the submission of supporting documents within 24 hours, and in certain cases require the filing of a police report.

The platform analyzes reports and may proactively suspend or ban the service provider to protect the community.

Scheduling and Cancellation Rules
The client has the right to cancel an appointment through the platform before the service begins. As payment is made directly to the professional at the time of the service, late cancellations or the client's absence at the agreed location violate the terms of use and may result in administrative penalties on the user's account, as well as complaints from the affected professional.
