Very difficult to read on phone. For example, when I try to enlarge the font, I need to move the article from side to side to read it. It often won't let me. Instead, I can't navigate, so I read it at all.

Launch continually crashes at startup TV. Can't even cancel subscription from website and local contact numbers sends you to someone in the Philippines. This was a horrible experience all-around.

It's good to be able to keep up with the news online
