Ratings and reviews

The comps on the analyzer have white text on white background I can't read any details on the app so have to use the desktop version. Also the purchase price never reflects the correct amount that the home is selling for. Desktop version doesn't let you interact with the map. Hopefully developers fix those simple issues because it's a great resource.

That make it easy to get but they have tons of hidden fees that makes working with them like working with a loan shark. Go with someone else

So far from what I have seen on the app is that it uses outdated info or atleast very wrong information for the price of the property and using comps that arent very realistic so that means you will have wrong information to proceed with a loan app. Plus 20k for closing costs that aren't explained doesn't make me want to use this company😅 or the fact it isn't stated at all that there is a purchase price min and so you put in the info as stated above and then waste more time finding out its a no
