About this app

Document Editor lets you open, read, and edit your office files directly on your Android phone: PDFs, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. No registration, no accounts, and no uploading your files to the internet.

📄 WORD DOCUMENTS (.docx)
• Read your documents with headings, bold, italics, lists, tables, and images, in page view or reading view with large font.

• Edit any paragraph and change its style, color, and font size.

• Insert bullet points, images, tables, page breaks, and blank pages.

• Add or remove rows and columns from tables and adjust column widths with your finger.

• Configure the sheet: size (Letter, A4, Legal), orientation, margins, and page border.

• Create new documents from the app.

📊 EXCEL SPREADSHEETS (.xlsx)
• View all sheets in the workbook, including numbers and templates.
• Edit cells with values, text, or formulas (=SUM, =AVERAGE…).

• Change the color and font size of cells.
• Insert or delete rows and columns, and insert images and tables.

• Add new sheets, rename them, and create them.

📽️ POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS (.pptx)
• View your slides with their text, colors, images, and tables.

• Full-screen presentation mode: swipe to open.
• Edit the text in any box, its color and size, and move or resize it with your finger.

• Add, move, and delete slides, and insert images.

• Change the slide background with a solid color or a gradient.

• Create new presentations in 16:9 format.

• Smooth reading with zoom.

• Search for words within the document and jump between them.

• Go directly to any page.

• Create your own PDFs with an editor like Word's whenever you want.

🗂️ LEGACY FORMATS (Office 97-2003)
• Open .doc, .xls, and .ppt files.

• Convert them to .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx with a single tap (for .ppt files, the text is converted).

🔎 FIND ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS
• The "On phone" section gathers PDFs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files saved in Downloads, Documents, WhatsApp, and other folders.

• Open them and save your changes to the same file, without creating copies.

• Open files from your file manager or any app with "Open with…".

• List of recent documents with filters by type.

• Save a copy wherever you want with “Save As…”.
• When editing, the original file formatting is preserved: styles, images, and everything else you don't modify.
• Light and dark themes.

🔒 YOUR PRIVACY
Your documents are opened and processed only on your phone; the app does not upload them to any server. File access permission is optional: it is only requested for the “In the Tee” section to find and open your documents.
