Docasist is an application that manages Occupational Health and Safety processes from the field to the office on a single platform.
Record your field observations from your phone,
score the risks, assign corrective actions to the responsible person, and
track them until the deadline.

• Compile the hazard, risk of harm, and necessary precautions in a single form
• Add the legal basis, be ready for inspection

RISK ASSESSMENT
• Risk scoring using L-Matrix and Kinney methods
• Enter probability, severity, and frequency values, score will be calculated automatically
• Record the number of affected persons and the current situation

COACTION TRACKING
• Open a corrective and preventive action, assign a responsible person and deadline
• Send an SMS notification to the responsible person
• Monitor open, overdue, and completed actions from the dashboard
