Not the most intuitive app to deal with. 1. Updates to a Profile must be done on a computer, not a mobile device (i.e. upload photos and insurance/registration docs) BUT the mobile device doesn't tell you why it is not working. I found it is buried in Help. 2. There is NO search for a specific marina when you know where you want to go. You need to select a state, then scroll through ALL the listings to find the marina you want. They are not even organized by city. No way to compare.

This app is really good, saves time and energy having to bring paperwork or documents in. I made a reservation through, DockWa tried to debit my prepaid credit card, there wasn't any funds available. Later, I added funds to my prepaid debit card, DockWa doesn't allow you to reuse the same card. I canceled the reservation. After canceling, a New Reservation wasmade, DockWa debited my card for the cancelled reservation & the new one! $125 each! And I wasn't given a refund

I'm not real keen on the fact that they have 17 hours to answer our "request" (after we give them a credit card!) Yet we must give them 24 hours notice to cancel or change a reservation. In addition there's no guarantee the Marina will have wifi, an available slip that meets our needs and no answer to questions. So far this trip we have already had one Marina charge us more than their "advertised price"....of course you don't find this out until after you arrive and are docked!
