Docriva reads your mail – and tells you what to do about it.

Photograph a letter, invoice or contract, or upload a PDF: Docriva recognises the text, understands what it is about, pulls out sender, amounts and deadlines, and files everything for you.

WHAT DOCRIVA DOES

• Scan – photo or PDF, with automatic cropping and text recognition (OCR)
• Understand – category, sender, amounts, reference numbers and deadlines detected automatically
• Remind – detected deadlines appear in the in-app deadline calendar, with a local reminder on your device
• File – 18 categories, tags and search
• Reply – reply and cancellation drafts for letters (Premium)
• Ask – ask questions about a document. Docriva answers from that document only, and says so when something is not in it (Premium)
• Three languages – German, French, English

Premium – 50 documents per month, plus reply drafts, document chat, encrypted cloud backup and all languages
Pro – unlimited documents, plus export

PRIVACY

• TLS in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, strict per-user access control
• Document contents in the cloud backup are additionally encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key is managed server-side per user – this is not end-to-end encryption
• Your documents are never used to train AI models
• You can delete your account and all data at any time in the settings

What’s new

Your documents are now processed entirely within Europe: AI analysis runs at Mistral AI in France, text recognition on European servers. Who receives your data is named before your first upload and permanently in Settings.

Also in this update:
• Photos leave the app without location or device data
• Payment details are recognised more reliably — for direct debit, the app now says clearly that nothing needs transferring
• Fines and penalty notices are filed correctly
