About this app

DocuField puts your whole job file in your pocket. Built for restoration and field-service companies, it gives technicians, project managers and office staff one place to run every job from first call to final invoice.

DocuField is for teams whose company already uses DocuField. Sign in with the account your employer sets up for you. There is no public sign-up in the app.

JOBS IN ONE PLACE
• See every job assigned to you, with status, address, claim number and insurance carrier
• Follow each job through a clear pipeline: New, Inspected, Estimated, In Progress, Completed, Billed, Closed
• Keep insurance details, adjuster contacts and client information on the job
• Add notes and follow a running timeline of everything that happened

PHOTOS AND ROOMS
• Capture job-site photos with your phone camera or add them from your library
• Organize photos, notes and contents by room
• Record video walk-throughs of a property

WATER MITIGATION AND DRYING LOGS
• Track drying projects by category and class of water
• Log daily psychrometric readings (temperature, humidity, GPP) and moisture readings at every point
• See at a glance which points are dry and which are still wet
• Record the equipment placed in each drying chamber
• Collect homeowner signatures on visits, on the device or by emailed link

SCHEDULE AND DISPATCH
• A calendar of inspections, estimate walk-throughs and visits
• Your route for the day with directions to each stop
• Update visit status as you go: on my way, arrived, complete
