About this app

Bank securely with the Community Bank mobile app. Use your mobile device to conduct everyday banking, schedule transfers, pay bills, and view currency exchange rates.

Manage your accounts:
• Check account balances and search recent transactions on your linked Community Bank checking and savings accounts
• View current and the past 18 months of account statements
• Easily access currency exchange rates

Transfers:
• Transfer funds between your linked Community Bank checking and savings accounts, between two linked checking accounts or between two linked savings accounts, including your Sterling account
• Transfer funds without a fee to any U.S.-based financial institution capable of accepting ACH credit transactions
• Transfer funds from your Community Bank checking or savings account to another financial institution via wire transfer, fees may apply

Payments:
• Pay bills to practically any person in U.S. Dollar currency or to a European business or person in Euro or Sterling currency
• View payee bill summary and bill detail information

Security:
• Enhanced security with one-time passwords
• Set up Touch ID®
• Receive account alerts to notify you of important account changes such as low balances, posted transactions and insufficient funds

There's no clear way to just "view your statements and current activity". Everything in this app is counter intuitive and frankly, makes me want to not bank here. Unfortunately this is the only choice for members overseas to pay their bills and rent, so we have no choice. Do better, and don't ask me to authenticate my login every single day if I have biometrics turned on. This isn't the early 2000s, Community Bank!

The app is terrible compared to the old Community Bank app in my opinion! The functionality on my Samsung Android S10+ is not good and the layout is terrible! Why would anyone want to see the exchange rates when they first login? I would think they woud want to see ALL OF THEIR ACCOUNT BALANCES and not have to scroll across to see them! Capable of sharing data on Facebook, REALLY!

This app has MANY problems even after it's been "updated." I check my balance every day. It started not showing any transactions early morning so I have to wait later in the day. It was giving me an error code. I had to uninstall app and download again. When trying to pay our bills, I have to log in using my husband's log in and it requires a code to be sent to my husband's phone. He's at work and unable to check for code so I have to wait for him to be at home to pay bills.
