Thailand Digital Work Permit (D-WP) Application is only for Work Permit Holder under section 12 (BOI), a foreigner is worked for a company which obtains Promotional Privileges from BOI (Board of Investment, Thailand). This application would be convenience for a work permit holder under section 12 to keep his/her information of work permit instead of card or book and it would provide a work permit holder by showing his/her profile and work permit history in Thailand.

It is bot reliable. I advise to make a copy from a screenshot of your work permit everytime you get it renewed. It is irresponsible to claim to have an online version for such an important document and then have it randomly break.

Great app! But due to the last deployment the login screen won't work correctly. Not possible to Work permit in the App. Please fix (Android 15,HONOR X7d)

Terrible. I re-installed the app on my new phone 3 years after getting my digital work permit issued and it's basically impossible to login using the exact same credential of the email that was sent after completing the WP process at the BOI. I tried to open the app on my former phone to at least take a copy of the document which was accessible by scanning the QR code and even this doesn't seems to work anymore. Quite a bummer for all administrative processes that require a certificate!
