Thailand Digital Work Permit (D-WP) Application is only for Work Permit Holder under section 12 (BOI), a foreigner is worked for a company which obtains Promotional Privileges from BOI (Board of Investment, Thailand). This application would be convenience for a work permit holder under section 12 to keep his/her information of work permit instead of card or book and it would provide a work permit holder by showing his/her profile and work permit history in Thailand.

Terrible. I re-installed the app on my new phone 3 years after getting my digital work permit issued and it's basically impossible to login using the exact same credential of the email that was sent after completing the WP process at the BOI. I tried to open the app on my former phone to at least take a copy of the document which was accessible by scanning the QR code and even this doesn't seems to work anymore. Quite a bummer for all administrative processes that require a certificate!

It hasn't shown my photo since the second times I open the apps. I was rejected when requesting open bank account. The bank officer didn't trust because no photo shown on app. Even if she scanned QR on the 2nd page and it showed my photo. Lol. Such a weird apps as caching photo is just a simple feature but it could not do.

It was working smoothly up until now. Never faced this issue before. Suddenly, app started showing something went wrong message and reinstalling won't fix it. Had ti switch to different device altogether to get it working. Fortunately, I happen to use multiple device and HR reset ny creds so it was smooth. However, getting some feedback what led to this issue would have been easier for further inspection. Otherwise, all was working fine with missing picture sometimes.
