DogCircle is the app for professional dog trainers. Your schedule, clients, bookings, and payments all in one place, whether you're in the field or between sessions.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
The "Today" screen opens to your weekly priorities: appointment requests to schedule, past classes and appointments waiting to be completed, and incomplete intake questionnaires. Just below, you'll see your workload for the next seven days.

A CALENDAR THAT KEEPS IT ALL
Group classes, sessions, and individual appointments all in one view, filterable by type. Create a session, register a dog, move a participant to another date, reschedule, or cancel. At the end of each session, record attendance, your private observations, and the rating shared with the client.

YOUR CLIENTS AND THEIR DOGS
Each client profile includes their dogs, current packages, and upcoming and past sessions. Add a client with or without an account, and invite them via email or pairing code. Call, text, or start a conversation with a single tap.

ONE-TIME BOOKINGS
Define your booking slots, whether one-off or recurring, and the locations where you offer services. Your clients request an appointment from their account; you confirm, suggest an alternative time, or decline. The Tasks screen groups everything awaiting a decision: to confirm, approve, schedule, or close.

YOUR CATALOG AND PRICES
Create your reusable services—title, duration, price, individual or group, maximum number of dogs—then schedule them in your calendar. Manage your appointment locations.

MONEY TRACKED, NOT LOST
Track your monthly earnings, outstanding balances, and your clients' prepaid credit. Collect cash, bank transfers, or prepaid packages, send reminders for overdue payments, and view your transaction history. Packages are prepaid funds in euros: you set the price paid and the credit granted, allocate them, and adjust them as needed.

STAY CONNECTED
Message with your clients, group discussions around a session (Pro package), and automatic notifications and reminders.

OWNER'S SIDE
Your clients have their own dedicated space: their dogs, upcoming sessions, appointment requests, packages, and online payments.
