Five minutes between clients. Your hands are still oily, and you want to jot down whether that left trap you just worked on is looser than last week. SoapDeck is a massage therapist's notes app built for those five minutes.

Rub your finger across the body chart and the areas you pass over warm up. Lift your finger and a note pin drops right there. You don't pick a region from a list, you touch the spot you actually worked. Tap the pin to set a finding type such as hypertonicity, tenderness, trigger point, or adhesion, choose mild, moderate, or severe intensity, and add a one-line note.

All four SOAP fields can stay empty. A body chart alone is enough to save a session, and you can fill in the words at home. Start from a copy of the last session, and drop in phrases you use all the time, like "tenderness reduced" or "ROM improved," with a single tap. Before and after photos attach to the session too.

When a client comes back, open their card and the last session sits at the top with the cumulative body chart right below it. Marks from every session stack up, so the spots you flag most often show darkest. You can see where they always hold tension before they're even on the table.

Tap any region on that chart and its history unfolds session by session: when it was marked, what type, what intensity, and whether it came down or went up since last time. No more flipping through sessions trying to remember. This compares the intensities you recorded, as is. It doesn't assess anyone's condition.

SoapDeck never connects to the internet. There's no account, no server, and no analytics, and client records stay on this phone. The only way anything leaves is when you tap export yourself, as a session PDF or a backup file. It's free, and it's not a subscription.

A fictional demo client is waiting on the first screen, so you can rub the chart and open a region history the day you install. Deleting it takes one tap.
