This is probably the WORST app I have ever "attempted" to use. I must say attempted because it has never allowed me to fully set up the app or log in ...or even connect to the device. If i had read of all the issues the vast majority have shared i would never have bought this POS! Even worse, I bought it as a gift for someone who likewise had impossible issues with it as well before informing me and returning. Although the product seems well built, it's just an expensive doorstop!

I had a very hard time signing up, almost returning my feeders, it turned out that you can enter email addresses in the place of mobile phone number. It works well now, just for someone else with a similar challenge!

I have had my feeder for 7 years now and never had an issue until recently after changing my internet provider. What once was the simplest task is now the most difficult. Most of the language on the app is not English anymore making it even harder to understand what I'm doing. I cannot reconnect the feeder for whatever reason which means now I'll have to go out and purchase another one elsewhere !
