App has no support/doesn't work. RETURN YOUR FEEDER, ASAP. The Dogness company doesn't exist anymore (website is up, but email/phone support gone.) Some feeders function exclusively with the use of an app. Regrettably, I bought mine for $40 at a surplus store and cannot return it. Worse, the app doesn't work at all and I now effectively have a $40 paperweight. Unless your feeder functions without an app, please save yourself the headache and return the feeder to the retailer you purchased from.

recent app updates make it virtually unusable. cant log in,can't sign up again, cant reset password- cant access my account on the app without a "network exception" error. if I uninstall and reinstall the app my log in details are accepted, but I'll then be logged out a few days later and the same issues apply. also translations into English are poor and not all app functionality worked, but that didn't matter before because the pet feeder worked well. without access to the app, I cant trust it.

Terrible. Had a cat feeder with video for 18 months, the app has been a bit glitchy throughout, sometimes not showing me the feeder but when I log in later it's back. Recently it's been saying 'network exception' and doesn't show my feeder. So I can't adjust anything or see my cat when I'm not home. Useless.
