This is probably the WORST app I have ever "attempted" to use. I must say attempted because it has never allowed me to fully set up the app or log in ...or even connect to the device. If i had read of all the issues the vast majority have shared i would never have bought this POS! Even worse, I bought it as a gift for someone who likewise had impossible issues with it as well before informing me and returning. Although the product seems well built, it's just an expensive doorstop!

The old version of Dogness was bad but at least after an hour of frustration it worked. This release is much much worse. The app no longer connects and reset is impossible. So we can't feed the cat remotely. How many pets have starved due to this appalling software?

I keep getting a pop up that says the app has a bug and to update the app once you fix it but this is going on over 3 months now and I can't rely on this to feed my pet now very disappointed 😞
