I have had my feeder for 7 years now and never had an issue until recently after changing my internet provider. What once was the simplest task is now the most difficult. Most of the language on the app is not English anymore making it even harder to understand what I'm doing. I cannot reconnect the feeder for whatever reason which means now I'll have to go out and purchase another one elsewhere !

App has no support/doesn't work. RETURN YOUR FEEDER, ASAP. The Dogness company doesn't exist anymore (website is up, but email/phone support gone.) Some feeders function exclusively with the use of an app. Regrettably, I bought mine for $40 at a surplus store and cannot return it. Worse, the app doesn't work at all and I now effectively have a $40 paperweight. Unless your feeder functions without an app, please save yourself the headache and return the feeder to the retailer you purchased from.

can't create acct !!! the pop up Captcha verification IS IN CHINESE. Had to install an on-screen translator but it still does not accept the correct choice and continue with the app setup. This company blantenly LIES saying they dont share w/ 3rd party companies, just read their Privacy Policy. Its a very long list of Chinese companies Huawei Push SDK, Huawei Intermodal Transport SDK, MobSDK, Alipay (Alipay): SDK...14 in total. Many collecting for the same reasons. Hope they go out of business.
