Unable to login on android app, but no issues with iPhone or iPad. Tripple checked I was entering the correct credentials, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even changed the password - no success. Emailed tech support with all the relavent details, including the specific text of error message I received "incorrect login credentials". I get an email back from them asking to send a screenshot, but the android app's security policy has disabled the ability to take screenshots. KNOW YOUR APP!

On occasion the app works. Most of the time it forces me to log out and log back in every time I want to view cameras or see my appointments. It struggles to recognize family access to the point I've had to contact support to reset my account. Resetting my password gives a "link expired" as soon as I try to change my password. all in all the app is a complete waste of time for me.

Love this app! ❤️🐶 I really love using the Dogtopia app! It makes everything so easy and convenient. Booking services and managing my dog's schedule is super smooth, and the app is very user-friendly. I also love how clean and simple the design is. It saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend it to any pet parent-great job to the team!
