PLEASE AUTO-MUTE THE AD THAT PLAYS WHEN WEBCAMS ARE OFF. It suddenly starts blasting in a silent room if I have the video open. I asked many app versions ago I love the idea of the app but it's way too buggy, I have to request IT help like once a month (especially after the major update). For the same issues. Also no screenshots or screen recordings are allowed anymore, which is sad to me, as selfish as it sounds. For such a big company, I'm surprised the official app doesn't run more smoothly.

Please add screenshot ability for Android devices. I used to be able to take screenshots of when my dog was doing something funny, now I can't but my wife on IOS can.

very difficult to navigate. very disjointed. webcams are always unavailable. needs to be fixed pronto
