Great concept and worked great for about an hour but it constantly loses connectivity to the collar and never reconnects even though the phone sees it via its Bluetooth connection. Setting up is easy and painless and I love that I can use a rectangle or square fence and not just the standard radius fence like everyone else. This was the key feature to me buying this one. Please fix your bugs otherwise I will send it back.

I was so excited to get this product and try it out, but it did not go as I had hoped. The concept of this product is great, however, your phone screen times out and it's difficult to get back to it in time for corrections. Also, once you're so far away from the collar, it disconnects and you cannot reconnect it until you're within its range. I guess I just need a product with a remote control that does not time out or disconnect. Perhaps you would have better luck in your setting.

Would not recommend this app and product. Called tech support twice and I still have issues every morning. Product description says collar's boundary only needs set once in app, but turning on collar with long press puts it into Bluetooth mode (blue light). the app says the fence is no longer active and has to be turned on. This sometimes does not work. Tech Support told me to remove the fence and reinstall. That worked once, now no light on collar and app disconnects when I turn on active fence
