DojoSync replaces the patchwork of Google Calendar, Facebook groups,
SignUpGenius, and spreadsheets that martial arts schools use to keep
parents informed and tournaments organized. One app for the whole dojo —
coaches, staff, and families.

BUILT FOR REAL DOJOS

DojoSync was built with an active taekwondo school during its first pilot
and is designed to support karate, BJJ, Krav Maga, and any rank-based
martial art. Multiple belt tracks per school, dual-discipline students,
multi-location schools, and team-vs-regular memberships are all
first-class concepts.

SECURITY & PRIVACY

• Sensitive data (names, emails, phone numbers, dates of birth) is
encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM
• All photo uploads require explicit consent confirming the uploader
has permission to share images that may contain minors
• Parents control their children's data; staff access is scoped to
assigned school locations
• Payments are processed by Stripe; DojoSync never stores card numbers

PRICING

The mobile app is free. School plans (Free, Pro, Elite) are billed to
the school owner — parents and students never pay a subscription.
