Wow first one star review I've ever left, usually I can find something nice to say. Horrible software. I can honestly say, out of every clock in software I've used over the years this one is the worst. Constantly crashing or randomly logging you out. Or repeatedly crashes when you attempt to log in. This is with IOS, android or just attempting to use it directly from a web browser. Don't waste your time or money. There are free clock in apps that work a million times better than this one.

Horrible app! It freezes when scrolling. It doesn't display my work schedule for the upcoming week, although my boss says the schedule was released. All my coworkers are also unable to view their schedules. My availability is not working correctly. I would rate this app a zero if I could, but then I wouldn't be able to list all the things wrong with it and how disappointing it is. I hope my job changes to an app that actually works like SquareTeam.

Terrible app that doesn't function just like their POS program. Your app only works once, I have to redownload every week to check my one shift I still work. then while at work your point of purchase machines are laggy and outdated with horrible configuration. your system constantly crashes, sends tickets to the wrong kitchens or bars. to top it off if your handheld devices lose service while paying it will only store their payment and not their tip. you guys literally cost me a night of tips.
