This app is alway down for maintenance. You can not check any checks that have cleared, and it only shows you basic stuff, Update: now they have a new app which is worse than the old one. This new one freezes up and i just downloaded it today, and its already messing up. It also forces you to make a payment of full numbers as in if your paying a bill that is $29.99 they have the app set up as to where you have to enter either $29 or $30 , it will not let you put in cents. Ridiculous

The new app worked fine at first download. Now this version of app crashes every time I try to login. This closes once I click the login button. It's still not working, and continues crashing. Please fix your app. It's not my phone because my phone is new and a really good expensive phone. It's your app. What is the problem? And fix it please. Annoying 🙄

Improved compared to prior version. Still has some issues. 1. Slow to load account inside app. 2. The absence of balance per line, as was present in prior version. 3. In bill pay i cannot see my full account # for each bill. In last version i could only see last 4 digits on the initial account selection page (which was still problematic for accounts that ended with all 0/zeros). In this version you do not see acct # until you select the account based on its name, i.e., division of water,.
