This is the worst banking app I've ever used. The mobile deposit function is worthless. Every time I try to take a picture of my check, the screen flips into this weird, wide angle, distorted view. I've tried changing the auto rotate settings and a million other things. Then if it actually does let me take a photo the right way, the deposit fails because the app can't read it.

Depositing checks is very difficult, takes many tries before it accepts the images. Logging in is a real pain because you cannot paste your password into the field. This forces you to use simple passwords, which reduces security significantly. If you need to flip to another app and back while entering creds to, say, get the next few characters from your random, complex password that is stored in a password manager, it clears the fields out. Overall poor experience.

Overdraft sucks. Should not allow overdrafts to reoccur when you make a mistake and pay to many creditors from your account. Should tell u automatically when you enter a payment that you have insufficient funds to make that payment. Or just do not let it go through so we're not stuck paying 3 overdrafts by a mistake. Especially when u have been a client for close to 10 years. Other than that app works super fast and navigation is super easy. If u can't use it you shouldn't have an account
