About this app

RemoteControl is a companion remote for compatible smart TVs and set-top boxes. Connect your phone and the TV to the same Wi-Fi, then search for and pair the device in the app.

What you can do:
Use a remote keypad (navigation, volume, playback, Home, Back)
Send voice commands to a connected TV
Send photos or videos to a connected, compatible TV
Send memory cleanup and trash cleanup commands to the TV (the TV runs these commands; this app does not optimize or clean your phone)
Follow on-screen steps to use your phone’s built-in screen mirroring (this app does not include its own casting engine)
Transfer files, leave messages, or use the picture frame when the matching TV app is installed and connected
This app does not:

Speed up, optimize, or clean your phone
Cast or control a TV that is not paired
Access your entire photo library; you pick files with the system photo picker
Please install the companion app on the TV and keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi network.
