About this app

Domeaz is your home's logbook. Which boiler is installed, when does the washing machine's warranty run out, when is the next service due, and what are your monthly fixed costs? Domeaz keeps it together, and everyone in the house sees the same information.

APPLIANCES WITH WARRANTIES
Record what’s in your house: brand, model, serial number, purchase date and warranty period. Domeaz warns you before a warranty expires, so you can report a defect in time. You can also easily find the manual of your appliances and add attachments such as your invoice.

SMART SCAN
Make a picture of the type plate and Domeaz reads out the brand, model and serial number. All you need to do is check it.

EASILY MAINTAIN YOUR MAINTENANCE
Add recurring maintenance in the app: the annual boiler service, clean the filters every quarter and the gutters in autumn. You get a reminder when it is due. When the job is done, simply set it to “done” and the next occurrence is scheduled again.
Also simple one-off tasks, like fixing a bike tyre or hanging a shelf, can be added easily, so they won't be forgotten over and over again. Simply tick it off and it's done!

FIXED COSTS AND NOTICE PERIODS
Add your contracts and see the monthly and annual costs for your house at a glance. Domeaz watches the notice periods, so a contract doesn't quietly renew for another year.

CONTACTS AND HOUSE FACTS
The plumber, the heating engineer and the gardener are all within reach with their contact details. As are all the details you are always looking for, such as the year of construction, energy label, the paint colour code for the walls and which fuse belongs to the attic.

Invite your housemates with a code. Everyone sees the same house, the same appliances and the same maintenance.
