IZen uses a unique method, to help you meditate. We don’t believe in 30 days courses and paying celebrities to read texts. Meditation is all about mindfulness and solitude. We’ve developed a unique meditation track. It helps you learn how to meditate if you’re a beginner. And it helps you perfect your meditation if you're an advanced practitioner.

IZen was built for people by people. We don’t need you to pay for anything. If you’re willing to help us, you can donate as much as you want, as frequently as you want.
