About this app

Dom-Fix for Professionals is a dedicated app for contractors within the Dom-Fix service. Here, you receive requests, manage them until completion, and communicate with clients specifically for each request—without the need for separate chats in other messaging apps.

What you can do
Requests can be assigned to you automatically or appear in the general list of available requests. If a request is assigned to you personally, you can choose to accept or decline them in the app. You can accept requests from the general list when they are ready, at any available time.
In Dom-Fix for Professionals, you can also:
- Enable or disable request acceptance (Accept/Deny modes).
- View assigned and available requests, and open a card with on-site and work details.
- Chat with clients within the request.
- Receive notifications about new messages and important order events.
- View summary information about orders and activity. - Contact support if you need help with your service.
