Whenever I would open up the app & put in my username/password . It would say system error, incorrect user name & password. Even though I put them in correctly....

THIS APP KEEPS CRASHING, WHY ? CLICK ON IT AND TRIES TO OPEN THEN IMMEDIATELY CLOSES, CLICK AGAIN AND IT OPENS, DOES THIS ALL THE TIME EVER SINCE YOU GUYS PUT OUT THIS NEW APP. DONT WANT TO HEAR ANY EXCUSES... FIX IT.
