About this app

The right babysitter, checked before entering your home.

Dona Baby+ connects families and babysitters, created in Rio de Janeiro for all of Brazil and Portugal, directly, without an agency and without commission on the daily rate. What sets us apart from other platforms is what we do before the profile becomes visible: every babysitter goes through two checks and is only published after being approved by a member of our team.

🔍 TWO CHECKS BEFORE GOING LIVE
• Identity: photo ID verified by our team
• Criminal background check: certificate from the Federal Police, renewed every 6 months
• Each one decided by a person, not an algorithm
• And the References Checked seal: we call the previous families that the babysitter recommends

👨‍👩‍👧 FOR PARENTS: R$ 14.90/month
• Search by neighborhood, age range served, and actual availability
• Complete verification report for each babysitter
• Unlimited messages, directly in the app
• Daily rate agreed upon between you, without intermediaries
• Zero commission

👩‍🍼 FOR BABYSITTERS AND CAREGIVERS: R$ 29.90/month
• Profile visible to all families in your region
• Verification and Dona Baby+ seal included, at no extra cost
• Notification on Time a family talks to you
• 0% commission: the daily rate is entirely yours
• You set your hourly rate, not the platform

🎁 7 DAYS FREE
Test the full app for a week. Cancel before the 7th day? You pay nothing. Cancellation is done on Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions. Two taps, no calls, no justification needed.

🔒 SECURITY AND PRIVACY
We comply with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). Photos and names of children never appear in profiles. Your exact address is not revealed: the search only shows neighborhood and distance. Reporting and blocking in every conversation. Verification data stored in encrypted form.

📍 WHERE WE OPERATE
All of Brazil and Portugal. The search is by distance from your ZIP code (or postal code, in Portugal).
