About this app
Doncito Business is the app your business uses to receive and fulfill Doncito orders. It's for you, the seller: the restaurant, the home bakery, the corner store, the business that started in the kitchen.
NEVER MISS AN ORDER
When an order comes in, the screen takes over your phone and an alarm sounds that won't stop until someone answers. You adjust the volume on each phone: full volume for the cashier, quieter for you at home. The alert is saved on the device, not in your account.
ONE QUEUE, ORGANIZED BY URGENTNESS
No more searching through tabs. All orders are in one list, the most urgent at the top, and each one has a single button indicating its priority. If your internet goes down, the queue is empty, or your store is offline, the app will let you know.
ON THE TABLET, COUNTER VIEW
If you open it on a tablet, the screen splits in two: the queue on the left and the open order on the right, with the packing list that you check off as you pack it.
THE PHOTO THAT PROVIDES YOU
When you mark the order as ready, you take a photo, and the order number and time are burned directly onto the image, not hidden in the file data. If someone later claims you didn't send something, it's there. And it never holds you up: if you can't take the photo, you just keep explaining the reason.
PICK-UP CODE
The delivery person tells you four digits, and you enter them before handing over the bag. You never see the code: you only confirm that the person picking up the order is the one who was supposed to pick it up.
SHOW WHAT YOU SELL IN VIDEO
Record the video within the app, tag the products featured, and publish it to the feed your customers see. Don't look at the number of views; look at HOW MUCH YOU SOLD from that video. A video with ten thousand views and zero orders is useless.
YOUR MONEY, BALANCED
Show your daily sales in separate blocks for cash and card payments, and your settlement history with the commission percentage used for EACH transaction. Not today's percentage: the percentage from that specific settlement. This way, you can balance your accounts with your bank without any arguments.
PRINT WITH A THERMAL PRINTER (ANDROID)
Print order receipts and kitchen orders on your Bluetooth thermal printer, with a paper proof and a queue that reprints items that didn't print. This works on Android. Not yet on iPhone and iPad: if you work with a printer, use an Android device.
DON'T HAVE A TAX ID NUMBER? YOU GET IN ANYWAY
Those with a RUC (tax ID) upload their RUC and municipal registration. Those without one can verify their information with their ID and police record and start selling with a monthly limit, which is removed once they obtain their RUC—without interrupting sales while we review their application.
SEND YOUR OWN DELIVERIES
In addition to incoming orders, you can send your own packages from one location to another. The origin field is automatically filled with your business details, and you simply select the destination. You'll get a quote before sending.
TALK TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE
Chat with the customer and the delivery person for each order, with quick responses to avoid typing, and a button to call the customer.
YOUR ACCOUNT IS REVIEWED BY A PERSON
This isn't an app where you register and start selling. You submit your documents, and someone from Doncito reviews them. Meanwhile, the app shows you the status of your application. We'll let you know when we approve you.
