From your phone, by text or email: that is the whole product. Own Your Ratings helps solo contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, roofers, painters, landscapers, and anyone who works from a truck) turn happy customers into Google reviews, without adding another app to babysit.

HOW IT WORKS
1. You finish a job.
2. You enter the customer's first name and pick how to reach them: text or email.
3. Own Your Ratings prepares the message. Your phone's own Messages or Mail app opens with it ready to go. You tap Send.

YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SENDS IT
Own Your Ratings never sends anything on your behalf, and no server sends it for you. The message goes out from your own phone number or your own email address, so your customer recognizes it and actually opens it. A text from a stranger's number gets ignored: a text from the person who was just in their driveway does not.
