While overall fun for a while. Unfortunately, this game falls into the same path as all the other ones that are like it. If you hit stage four or five and if you are a free player, you might as well just hang it up. You will immediately start losing about eighty percent of your battles unless you were "Lucky" or paid for chest to get gold and upgrade shards for legendary units. And you can't earn gold or diamonds in a way that's productive for long-term playing of this game as a free player.

When I started playing this game, I thought it was really fun and clever, but it wasn't long before I realized that the first player to get 2 gold mines wins every time, and getting gold mines is 100% luck of the draw. Strategy plays a small part, but gold snowballs really quickly and when you have a steady income, it's next to impossible to lose. Once I realized this, it drained all the fun out of the game. It looks like a creative RTS game, but it's really just a coin flip simulator.

So far it is a lot of fun. Definitely a mix of strategy and luck. Been playing for one week and felt it was a good idea to buy the battle pass. You can play it for free and be fine, but the pass helps your growth a lot. Ads are mostly optional, but they are used to gain more resources or speed things up. This leads you to playing a lot of ads as part of the gameplay. So, I like the game, but just know going in it is pay to play to be successful and you will watch a lot of ads to gain advantages
