update: I sent the email requesting help. it's been 9 days with no response. even my local blood donation is center has tried to help me log in with no luck, because the sms never sends. in order to log in the app says to enter the code that is texted to you. But it never sends the text. If no one can log in then the app is useless.

Absolute trash. Barely functional when it works, but lately I can't even open it. It opens and asks if I want to let it send me notifications. I say no, and it just sits there and spins. Useless.

I was not able to use the app because I was not able to move past the second screen, the zip code screen. Also note that I was still able to use the old app, which was allegedly deprecated earlier this year, to schedule an appointment.
