update: I sent the email requesting help. it's been 9 days with no response. even my local blood donation is center has tried to help me log in with no luck, because the sms never sends. in order to log in the app says to enter the code that is texted to you. But it never sends the text. If no one can log in then the app is useless.

login issues are FOREVER persistent.. can't redeem points and shop for "awards" Every bank I use is 2 steps.. seems this *thing* takes 3, 4, 6... worse I NEVER successfully log in! never

The app seem very polished and updates relatively fast. Helps me keep track of appointments and next availability. I haven't experienced any issues so far and is a good download.

Hi, lifesavers!

This release adds future Google Wallet support for donor cards (Google review ongoing), with an updated donor card screen. We also improved Explore maps, filters, favorites, appointment booking, MFA, sign-in, eligibility refresh, activity history, account screens, and overall stability. Fixes include scrolling, keyboard, spacing, modal, and navigation issues.
