Don't forget the spoon was initially thought up in Yosemite National Park, sitting in the cold near Half Dome and Clouds rest one chilly February night. My wife and I forgot to packs spoons and we were trying to eat dinner in outside our tent in the cold snow!

Don't Forget the Spoon allows you to create your own packs for simple day hikes or multi day overnight backpacking adventures.

Packed my last trip with this. Love the app so far, but missing a few features I wish it had. 1.) Price of gear 2.) Date purchased just to keep track of how long i have had something, and what i want to replace it for, also a color selector instead of a photo. It would also be cool if the paid eversion could be used via the web on a pc, and let them sync. Thank you for making this, will be using it on my next hike to. I like its simplicity and how much gear is in the gear locker. :) Thank you

I found the app very useful for planning and preparing for multiday hikes. The app allows you to easily identify where your excess weight is and ensures you are packing sufficient calories for the hike. When I needed assistance with the app, I got a prompt response, my feedback was taken onboard and additions made to provide even greater support. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. What's new

Fixed an issue with CSV import that would cause double or triple plus items in your gear locker. CSV import will now only add items when no errors exist in the CSV file. Before it would upload items until the first error was found then stop.
