About this app

TutorFlow is for private tutors and teachers who run their own lessons without
an administrator — 10 to 40 students, a phone, and no time for a heavy CRM.

It keeps the three things that actually go missing: when the lesson is, what you
covered, and who has not paid yet.

SCHEDULE
• Day and week views, with a strip of days showing where the free slots are
• Create a whole series at once — a week, a month, six months, a year, or your
own number of lessons, on the weekdays that student always comes
• Lesson lengths from 15 minutes to 2 hours, or any custom length
• Delete a whole series in one go; past lessons stay in your books

LESSON JOURNAL
• Mark each lesson held, cancelled or moved
• Write down the topic and the homework, and attach a photo of it
• Every student has a history: what you covered, lesson by lesson

PAYMENTS
• Paid, partly paid, or not paid — with the amount and the remainder
• A price change today does not rewrite what you earned last month
• Finance screen: earned, owed and cancelled for a week, a month, or any range
• The debtors list, sorted by how long the debt has been sitting there
• Money paid in advance is shown on its own line, not counted as earned
until the lesson is actually held

REMINDERS
• A reminder before each lesson, at the interval you choose
• One evening notification with today's lessons and a checklist: paid, unpaid,
cancelled — tap it and you are done in fifteen seconds

• Any currency, set per student — useful when some students are abroad

PRIVACY
No ads. No analytics. No third-party trackers. Homework photos never leave your
device. Your records are yours: delete your account from Settings and everything
goes with it.
