Extremely disappointing experience. A payment glitch caused me to miss a major football match. Instead of fixing the access issue promptly, support simply told me to request a refund and re-subscribe. Their system couldn't sync my payment date with my subscription, even though the money had already been deducted. Total waste of time and a terrible user experience.

Please fix the volume! Sometimes the stream drops out which is a bit frustrating, but whenever you change channels on EPL coverage the volume defaults to FULL, even if you're watching it without any volume or low volume, super annoying especially when games are at 3am!

always has a problem. streaming the EPL has lags if you're even lucky enough to watch a game. help is available during office hours which isn't when the football is on. leave a message? no one will reply anyway. can you cancel? yes but they've taken a year's money upfront without providing the service. useless. avoid and watch highlights on YouTube the day after.
