paid subscription 1 hour ago to watch a game . still not active. but they took the money. don't waste your time or money . absolute garbage. apparently the only way to get support is if you have a Facebook account. if you don't too bad. also when you pay full subscription one of the perks is no adds, but guess what, there's adds before during and after all football 🤣.

I have just paid 5,999 baht for premium package, to watch the world cup. Nothing works, I cant login on TV, cant login to the app, says my username and email does not exist. Ive got it to work on my laptop and that's all I can manage, but then it would not even let me watch the world cup games live, it keeps directing me to download the app or login to the smart TV, which I can't. This is an absolute disgrace, how is this even legal? They will take your money and offer NO support. SCAM

Awful app, makes you pay an expensive price to not even have the ability to watch a game on a laptop or PC. Also their youtube channel is really badly run, highlights are late and often dont even show slow-mo goal highlights. Hopefully the PL will have their website which can stream matches globally soon and this rubbish company will be nothing after that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO DL OR BUY THE PACKAGE. STREAMING WEBSITES SUCH AS BEINSPORTS (AMONG OTHERS) ARE WAY BETTER!
