The billing is outdated. The bank draft takes 5+ business days so you never know when that's going to hit, & the credit card includes a 3.25% fee. You can't use venmo, zelle, cash app, etc. You can't connect any of them so that the transfer is instant & free. There is literally no support on the app or anywhere. With money transactions that should be mandatory. It's an outdated system that should become obsolete. The email they claim is support is not even monitored. Wow.

it was pretty smooth when it worked. The helpers for issues were pretty good at fixing issues. but idk if I was the only one with this same issue, but for most of the time, I tried to log in, and it would always mess up. it would send me to a black coding screen, or every time I would log in, it would instantly log me out. today, it was doing the same thing, and I couldn't even pay my bills. Hopefully, later in the day or tomorrow, I'll be able to.

Really counterintuitive and virtually useless. Sent a subsequent email to support. Some guy named Gary sent me a series of emails asking for more details, then apparently didn't comprehend what I was saying. Then he proceeded to send me an email saying that "our chat was ending due to a lack of response" within a certain time period. We never were corresponding in a chat! Duh! Leaves me even more unimpressed with this App and its Delevopers.
