Ratings and reviews

It's easy enough to navigate that's why it gets two stars. But the billing is outdated. The bank draft takes 2-3 business days so you never know when that's going to hit, and the credit card includes a 3.25% fee. You can't use venmo, zelle, cash app, etc. You can't connect any of them so that the transfer is instant and free. It's archaic and will be replaced by something that is free and instant.

Awful app, literally just an ad for insurance. They charge a hefty "convenience fee" to pay in any format, but you have to have the account to do anything related to your lease. This software is trash, designed to suck up more money from peoples pockets while probably also charging the landlord for use of the software. Also it never gave me a list of receipts for all my on time payments in spite of showing a tab for such.

Customer service is sparse, follow up calls, rude. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No cohesive cooperation. When sending out an eCheck payment, no confirmation email or confirmation within the app wallet. Recipients still waiting for payment. Money's still sitting in checking account.
