I hate this app. it's not user friendly. you link your bank in order to not pay a huge processing fee and still can't make a payment. you can't reach "support" because when you click that link it takes you to the page and you can't type in your issue. fix this app please people's lives/ homes depend on it!!

we've used doorloop as a premium member for over a year now. most of the accounting aspects in the app does not work. a page is displayed stating that they are trying to make it mobile friendly. you cannot pay bills, reconcile transactions, create management fees or do transfers. the app tells you to use the desktop version. which defeats thr purpose of thr app. we've been waiting patiently. but 220 bucks a month.....? we're about to switch

nothing but problems on top of problems we keep having problems with payments and trying to log in to manually push payments through theres no customer service i advise any companys or really anyone thinking about using this app to please find something else. this app is horrid
