Ratings and reviews

Customer service is sparse, follow up calls, rude. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No cohesive cooperation. When sending out an eCheck payment, no confirmation email or confirmation within the app wallet. Recipients still waiting for payment. Money's still sitting in checking account.

Works for intended purposes. I loved the ability to talk with a real human for online support. Overall would recommend
