Ratings and reviews

They don't let you cancel & force you to jump through hoops. It is not true that they cancel all requests within 24hrs. They make you schedule cancellation calls and they have none available. Fill out questionnaires, etc.etc. etc Meanwhile they are still charging you.

this app is horrible can't never get in to make a payment without a lot of problems been trying to through to make my payment for this month keep saying wrong email address won't take cash app made payment last month with my bank then it wants you to pay a platform fee why and if you don't pay it it won't take your rent money this is ridiculous then they going to want late it's not my fault I can't get through

Easy to set-up & use. Took a little while to be sent the link to sort out the account, but after that it was all gravy.
