It's easy enough to navigate that's why it gets two stars. But the billing is outdated. The bank draft takes 2-3 business days so you never know when that's going to hit, and the credit card includes a 3.25% fee. You can't use venmo, zelle, cash app, etc. You can't connect any of them so that the transfer is instant and free. It does not label the charges that are coming up, & only shows you what they are for the day they are due. It also doesn't tell you when they are due.

it was pretty smooth when it worked. The helpers for issues were pretty good at fixing issues. but idk if I was the only one with this same issue, but for most of the time, I tried to log in, and it would always mess up. it would send me to a black coding screen, or every time I would log in, it would instantly log me out. today, it was doing the same thing, and I couldn't even pay my bills. Hopefully, later in the day or tomorrow, I'll be able to.

Absolutely terrible app. I somehow ended up with two active auto pays, luckily I caught it before my account was drained. It sends confusing and misleading notifications. For example the first month using it, I got a notification saying I owed more than double what my rent was. I had only been in my home a month and rent wasn't due yet. Writing an app for renters to pay their rent should be an absolute breeze, but somehow they've managed to make it a complete disaster.
