6/15 UPDATE App is working again. Finally. Realized i also needed to reset options. We have an older not updated app that also works fine. The App had been working ok but it had stopped working. I noticed it was updated yesterday. The error message says it lacks permission to scan for bluetooth devices. ?? I can't find that option in the settings. ?

Doesn't Work on S26 Ultra. Crashes when adding credentials, and after it finally adds them, won't unlock the door even with all permissions available. Also didnt work on my Z flip 3. No way to find support either. Clunky at best.

Does not work well with Android. Need to present phone multiple times before reader will acknowledge read. Sometimes can take up to 40 seconds for read to occur. We conducted tests across different Android phones from s6 to s10 with readers at different locations and had the same results. iPhone version of this app works well and reads within a second everytime.
