Every year in Switzerland, nearly 10 000 people are victims of a cardiac arrest. In such a situation, every minute lost reduces up to 10% the chances of patient survival. In our country, 5% of victims survive such an accident until discharge from hospital. This rate could reach 30% if the chain of survival functioned quite optimal.
In our township, each emergency service has its own geographical basis. To start without wasting time and anywhere Township resuscitative measures and thus shorten the time before the intervention of the professional rescue service, Valais central engagement 144 is able to alarm the rescue volunteers in the vicinity of the patient in the shortest time, with this application.
