The DOST PULSE Mobile Application is a disaster and IT incident reporting system designed to support the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) in streamlining communication and response during emergencies. The application enables authorized users, including PIPs, PICs, COPs, and the DPO, to submit structured reports and generate consolidated summaries on disasters and IT-related incidents. It also equips DOST executives with real-time dashboards and visualization for situational awareness and strategic decision-making. The application also allows system administrators to update and access the library module, which consists of reference data.
