SOooooooo slow and TERRIBLE customer service. ilI told customer service multiple times that the app runs slowly on Android and they just said, "It works fine on our end." it working fine on your end doesn't solve my problem on my end and I know i'm not the only one. by slow, I mean, I've literally timed it 5 minutes and the rewards order still hadn't loaded.And that's not unusual it happens all the time. and that AFTER clearing the apps data and cache multiple times!

Update 7/01/22: I honestly did not think it possible, but this app got even worse. I'm starting to wish they would just stop updating it, it's bad enough as it is! Already one star, wish I could give zero. This app is crazy buggy but unfortunately it's the only way to order, as the website login quit working years ago. You'll be halfway through editing an order and the whole thing just crashes on you and makes you log back in and then you have to start completely over. So so frustrating.

The appndoes not open or takes forever to open. In the last 3 days it never opened. The app keeps logging me out while I am reading about a product. It seems to have about a 10 minute timer, that just cuts you off. Too annoying to go back and log in again and again. It has useful information which would be nice to be able to complete reading. Now it doesn't open at all. I think thatvDoterra needs to look into it.
