This app has more issues with each update. It may look pretty, but functionality has suffered. 1. You should be able to access a customer list on the mobile app. I have had clients change lock box codes while away from my desktop, and would be nice to enter that info into the app while on the go. 2. The format for writing notes is limited. Pet owners usually want a somewhat detailed report. There are apps in similar price range that manage to do this.

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. When it was Dotimely Pets, it worked just fine. Now I can't even login to my account, nor does sending a password reset link work. Constant errors, on all of my devices, so it certainly does NOT work on a computer. I'm trying to pay my pet sitter for doing her job, but you're making it impossible. Please take responsibility and fix this. You're letting down a lot of people.

very buggy, unreliable, and difficult app to use. I'm constantly having to double check appointments that are scheduled because the desktop website and phone app are NOT cross compatible - meaning, can't adjust sits on your phone that were made on desktop. newest update 7/8/25 is very ugly and not a user friendly UI in the the slightest. I will likely not be using this app for much longer esp after this most recent update, I have a small client base so the switch would be easy and worth it.
