Dots Teams is the staff app for businesses that run on Dots POS. Owners, managers and staff see what is happening at every branch, and act on it, from their phone.
SALES AT A GLANCE
• Today's sales by hour, with total sales, refunds, discounts, VAT and net sales
• Yesterday, the last 7 days, this month or any day you pick, for one branch or all of them
APPROVALS
• Approve or reject stock requests and purchase orders as they come in
• A notification the moment something is waiting for you
STOCK
• Count stock, log waste, request stock and receive deliveries at the door
• Photograph a supplier's invoice or delivery note and let Dots read it
• Petty cash receipts, and batches made in-house
ORDERS AND BOOKINGS
• Guest orders waiting for approval, to accept or reject
• Table bookings for today and tomorrow
CUSTOMERS
• Customer messages from WhatsApp and Instagram in one inbox
