It's stuck at opening screen doesn't load no matter how many time I restart and switch network plz do something about this otherwise I delete this game and tell others not Play this game

Haven't even gotten to pay. Ah the Star, I get an "unknown error" window they pops up. All I can hear is the game music, and faintly see a few background buttons.

Less then 3 days playing the game and game is locked I can't go over my lvl 80 my characters are maxed out story mode says to be continued.. any word on the next update I want to plY mode to unlock all the waifus
