To user SmoothTeam, your company must be a SmoothHR customer and you must be an authorized user with SmoothTeam credentials. See the Application License Agreement for details.

SmoothTeam system is mainly designed to help enterprises to provide employees, through mobile phone/tablet device, with friendly attendance-related services such as: querying leave/overtime information and applying for leave/overtime requests, querying personal remaining leave quotas and so on. Additionally it carefully serves manager's requirements by providing them with information query of departmental attendance status to easily grasp team member's attendance conditions. Moreover managers can instantly undertake related approval process for those requests waiting for approval with no delay, due to those handy mobile device services.

With SmoothTeam mobile APP and its intuitive operation and convenient design features, you can easily manage and handle attendance management tasks.

This APP can only be downloaded through the Google Play Store. If it cannot be downloaded through this store, the service cannot be provided.
The APP contains map services provided by the platform, and mobile check-in related functions are only available in Taiwan.
