Nightchart is a noise meter and decibel (dB) meter that logs neighbor noise all night — footsteps, music, barking — and checks it against real noise limits.

• Judgments against real limits: Korea's apartment noise rules, the UK Noise Act night-time level, or WHO guidelines
• Night Watch logs only the moments over the limit while you sleep
• Incident log: one tap on "Noisy now" saves the time, type and a note

• A real sound level meter: A/C/Z weighting, Fast/Slow, LCpeak, 1/1 and 1/3 octave bands, NIOSH hearing exposure

• Honest about accuracy: not a certified meter, and it shows you how to calibrate
