Every time classes start locally, the app loses all functionality for weeks. No routes appear, and it tells me to connect to the Internet, when I am connected on other apps, like the browser, just fine. It seems like they can't even use the university's schedules, which are public knowledge, to anticipate and prepare for high volumes of usage. There are no notifications of service outages or warnings of maintenance of any kind.
