App is supposed to be able to send authentication messages without Bluetooth, yet after day one it stopped working. Waste of battery and so annoying.

Not receiving initial email and no one to help. We have been trying to sign-up to use this app for over a week and have not received the initial email once. We've tried everyone in my house's accounts to get started ... and nothing!! When we've tried to get help, it asks for work information and we are trying to do this for my son's school account. I've used other authenticator apps before and NEVER ran into something like this.
